A COVID-19 Update for CSA Customers

Dear Customer,

The health of our people, customers and communities is our main priority. As a CSA customer, we want to update you on how we are actively monitoring and managing the COVID-19 pandemic.

From Monday 6 July our staff will be begin returning to work more broadly at customer sites and other third party locations where:

  1. The work can’t be done remotely;
  2. It can be done onsite in a COVID-safe way; and
  3. Travel to/from site can be done in a COVID-safe manner

Over the past few months, some of our staff continued to deliver essential work on third-party sites, successfully complying with strict customer and CSA COVID-19 requirements as per official government and health authority guidelines. This wider return to sites requires the same measures to ensure our staff, customers, partners and wider community remain safe.

CSA requires our customers to follow the official guidelines advised by the relevant government and health authorities to respond to COVID-19. If CSA employees at third-party sites are concerned their host site is not taking the necessary steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have directed our staff to speak with their manager immediately.

We are also preparing to welcome more staff back into our offices from Tuesday 21 July. The initial phase will see staff split across alternate teams to allow for rotating rosters. Soon after, we will be allowing a controlled number of visitors to attend our facilities from Monday 3 August. This will be on the basis that all visitors adhere to COVID-safe practices recommended by government and health authorities, with additional CSA safeguards also in place, such as site-specific induction.
