Our Marketing business unit plays a strategic function in CSA based on the need for market-orientation. The corporate marketing function executes marketing research, advertising, market planning, promotion and product support. It’s truly advantageous to have people with variable background experience. Our existing marketing team is made up of Solutions Architects, Product Managers and Consulting Engineers.

Operations:

Our large operations team successfully take our customers through the essential ITC journey towards operation and business management maturity. They help customers acquire effective new ways to drive innovation and amplify infrastructure and business value by providing the tools and relationships necessary to create, validate and execute transformative business technology strategies.

The Operations team continue to deliver productivity solutions which are current, innovative, and resilient. The team boasts a vast range of competencies including Off Site Hosted Cloud, On-Site and Hybrid Cloud solutions, Unified Communications, Virtualisation, VDI, Mobility, Blade Servers, Network Security, DR and more – The team recently achieved 7 Gold Microsoft Competencies, one of the highest in Australia and this follows CSA winning HP’s Certification Champion Award in 2013.

Human Resource Management:

Our team service all individual employees advising on employment rights or any matters pertaining to their employment. Additionally they assist management in strategically aligning their business goals with Human Resource Strategy. This includes managing recruitment, coordinating employee benefits and employee training and development strategies. Our HR team work like consultants helping both management and staff achieve their overall goals.

The sales and business development teams deal directly with both clients and vendors to design and supply hardware and software solutions: Addressing client needs and nurture ongoing business relationships, sales, product marketing, pricing, distributor management, and customer service operations.

 

Our finance team’s function is to provide business support services, and manage effective control of the financial environment. It is focused on being vision oriented, opportunity and growth focused, intuitive and risk taking. Within its operations Finance is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, bookkeeping, reporting, payables and receivables.

 

Our team provides customers a disciplined approach to IT project management that is based on methods, techniques and best practice from years of experience and industry insight. They retain specific business and technical domain expertise and work in areas of business case analysis, business process re-engineering, application development, and infrastructure development and deployment.
