CSA is looking for a passionate, goal orientated and experienced National Sales Lead for Digital Services to join the Client Services team.

The National Sales Lead for Digital Services role will focus on attracting new clients, creating, developing and closing sales pipeline for digital services and other emerging technologies by engaging directly with clients, and also in an overlay specialist capacity.

Key responsibilities are set out below:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for Digital Services to successfully achieve performance goals set by CSA management.
  • Directly engage with the market and clients in a business development / account management capacity and also through others in an overlay specialist capacity.
  • Elevate CSA’s role with clients to transform business through digital services and other emerging technologies.
  • Participate as a member of CSA’s Technology Advisory Group (or equivalent) to drive product/service innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Act as CSA’s primary sales relationship owner with key strategic vendors at the direction of management.
  • Contribute to developing a sales specialist operating model that could be used for roles focused on other products/services.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Partner Sales or Direct Sales roles.
  • A strong professional network within some of CSA’s strategic partners and target client base.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to travel interstate on a regular basis – Valid Driver’s license essential.
